3. Design Development
Development of floor plans, elevations, preliminary finish, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, furniture schedules & preliminary cost breakdowns

Construction working drawings - dimensioned final plans, elevations, detail drawings, final finish, plumbing fixture, light fixture, furniture specifications, material sample board, final cost breakdowns & purchase orders
5. Construction Administration
Interior design installation supervision for design documents and material coordination with general contractor, subcontractors & suppliers; including site visits, inspection of products & review of shop drawings
6. Final Installation
Final installation details, installation of window treatments, furniture, art & accessories, client walk-through and punchlist
